Can my offcuts make this organizer?

Check the wood already on your bench against a complete two-lane organizer. No extra sheet is added to make the result pass.

What you will take away

A feasible assembly and cutting pack using only your offcuts, or a downloadable list of parts still without a place.

Example construction. Your result uses the dimensions calculated below.

Before you begin

  1. Use sound rectangular plywood pieces of one measured thickness. Measure the usable rectangle; exclude damaged areas.
  2. Enter each offcut size, quantity and grain direction. Set quantity to zero for an unused row.
  3. Check the 240 × 150 × 55 mm organizer against this inventory. A complete pack is available only when all six parts fit.

When parts remain unplaced, keep the result as a shortage note. Find another suitable offcut or open the full planner to revise the design. A failed heuristic layout is not proof that no better arrangement exists.

Measure your usable offcuts

All measurements are in millimeters. Values below are examples; enter your own measurements. Grain-locked walls stay aligned with the sheet grain.

Enter your measurements, then calculate to see a result.
